Melissa with Enchanted Woods was outstanding! The process from beginning to end was seamless. She gave us attainable options based on our budget and desires for our honeymoon and helped us select the best option. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and concerns Additionally, we were able to book our excursions through Melissa which was quite helpful. She prepared us prior to our trip and guided us through all the necessary travel documents. We ended up going to the Dominican Republic and stayed at Secrets Cap Cana. Their all inclusive services and staff were absolutely amazing. Each day there were different events and entertainment options that were SPECTACULAR. I can’t say better things about Melissa and the resort we chose. We will continue to use her for her services and recommend Enchanted Woods Travel to anyone looking for an outstanding travel agency.

Melissa is amazing to work with. We recently booked a six day cruise with her on Royal Caribbean. We went to Cozumel, Honduras, and Costa Maya. Everything was seamless. We had communication from her daily with exactly what we need to do. She even threw in a free complementary dinner on our last cruise as a surprise! Highly, highly recommend!

We just returned from 5 day cruise on Royal Caribbean to Cozumel. Melissa at Enchanted Woods Travel helped us coordinate the whole thing. She even jumped in the day before we left and fixed ticketing for one of our passengers whose last name provided did not match their passport. If you’re planning a vacation of any sort, we highly recommend her!

Melissa was magnificent! We booked a trip for our entire company and Melissa made it easy, convenient and stress free. Trying to book for so many couples would have been a nightmare to do on my own and Melissa did it with ease. I highly recommend Enchanted Woods Travel and we will most definitely be using her again!

We just returned from 5 magical days at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida… staying at the Yacht Club. Melissa at Enchanted Woods Travel helped us with securing the room we wanted at the last minute to celebrate my birthday. If you’re planning a Disney vacation, you owe it to yourself to take the stress out of it by allowing Melissa to do the same for you. She has helped me with over 10 trips to Disney and Mexico and her expertise has guided us perfectly each trip!
