Guests want fewer nights than the minimum.

Hoping for a deal is a gamble. The resort needs your final guest list well before arrival, often 45 to 60 days out, and unbooked rooms get released. A guest's passport won't be ready or expires too soon.

Entry rules vary by country, and airlines can deny boarding if a passport doesn't meet them. Processing times shift too, so “I'll handle it later” is a gamble.
